Going to Phuket

Mummy and Daddy are bringing me to Phuket tomorrow.

As we would be staying near the seaside, I would be able to play at the beach everyday.

Daddy also told me that we would have a private swimming pool all to ourselves...

Ha ha ha!!! It's going to be so so so fun!!!

Eating Alot

Eating out is one of the activities that we always do when Daddy is back... This time round is no exception...

In the matter of 5 days, we have already had BBQ food (谢谢肝妈), Thai cuisine (谢谢爷爷), American BBQ Ribs (Courtesy of Emma's Mummy) and we just had Hong Kong cuisine for dinner...

Emma's Mummy's Birthday

We celebrated Emma's Mummy's birthday twice over the weekend...

Why twice? Because nobody expected Uncle Dennis to surprise Auntie Lin Jia with a Lana Chocolate cake...

So we ended up eating Uncle Dennis' cake on Sunday and Mummy's ice cream cake on Monday...

Elmo Shoes

Mummy and Daddy bought me this really cool pair of Elmo shoes...

I loved them so much that once I tried them on in the shoe shop, I refused to take them off... So Mummy could only take the empty Elmo box to the cashier to make payment...

Don't they look really great?

Whenever I see the Adults, I also made sure that they notice my really cool shoes by lifting my leg really high and say, "See my new shoes?"

Nightmare???

Last night Mummy and Daddy had a great time laughing... Great time laughing at me...

Apparently while I was sleeping, I had a nightmare and was heard saying, "I don't want vegetables! I don't want vegetables!"

Was it that funny?

Such unsympathetic parents... *Tsk Tsk*

Hippo Bus

Today, Daddy brought me to sit the Hippo Bus... This was something that I had been wanting to do for a while... And luckily for us, the weather was perfect...

Previously when I saw the Hippo Bus along the road, I used to think that the people at the higher deck were sitting on really really high chairs... But now I know that the Hippo Bus has 2 deck levels... And to reach the upper deck, you needed to climb up the staircase... See, I'm getting smarter everyday!!!

Hippo Bus operates on a few routes. Mummy and Daddy chose the "City" route as I would be able to see the main Singapore monuments... They were right... coz I saw the "Vomiting" Merlion!!! ;p

Daddy came home yesterday... And boy oh boy was I happy... I really missed him lots and lots... So much that there were even nights that I cried myself to sleep...

My 1st Time with Rabbit

I've done it! I've finally done it! I've finally peed into my Rabbit potty!

After doing the act, even I had to stand up, turn around and look closely into the potty to see if it was all real...

*Wow*... My 1st time with Rabbit... And not a single drop outside ... :)

My Way

My way of eating durian is to first use one finger to dig out the flesh and eating it...

After a few times, I would use my whole hand to squeeze the seed till the durian flesh comes off... Then, by clenching my hands a couple of times, the durian flesh would ooze out between the gaps of my fingers... Only then would I lick the durain off my hand...

This must be the most fun way of eating durian!!!

Without Pampers

To get me toilet trained, the teachers requested the Adults to let me attend school without wearing any pampers...

For a start, Tuesdays are declared "pampers-free" day... And today is the 1st day...

Even though the teachers brought me to the toilet every half hour or so, I still peed a little in my panties... But the teachers were pretty cool about it, helping me to change into fresh clothes...

During one of the toilet visit, I even managed to pee while sitting on the toilet bowl...

Bunny Toothbrush & Toothpaste

To entice me to brush my teeth, 肝妈 bought for me a bunny toothbrush with matching bunny toothpaste...

肝妈 even took the effort to pick the toothbrush in my favorite colors (Green & Yellow) and the toothpaste in my favorite flavor (Strawberry)...

谢谢肝妈!!!

What cakes I want for my Birthday

Since my 1st birthday, I always have 2 separate birthday celebrations...

This also means that I have 2 birthday cakes per year...

This year shall be no exception...

I've told Mummy that I want a "Hello Kitty" cake for my school birthday celebration and a "Barney" cake for my home birthday celebration!

Trip to the Zoo

It started to drizzle on the way to the Zoo. So Por Por and I prayed very hard for the rain to go away and come back another day... And straight after we said "Amen", the rain stopped and the sun came out...

And end up looking like a turtle with a big shell...

Truly the best toy in the world...

*Shh*... Don't tell this to Daddy... Else he would stop Mummy from buying more toys for me!!!

Chinese Doctor Part 2

Went back to see Doc Shen for follow up.

After drinking the Chinese medicine for a week, the Adults had noticed an improvement in my pooh pooh movements...

But Doc Shen thinks that I should continue drinking the medicine for yet another week...

I'm pretty ok with it since Doc Shen always picks the herbs that taste pretty nice for me... and I much prefer to see her cause the Western doctors always inserts medicine into my buttocks to help me pooh pooh... Pain pain ah!!!

Good Worker

I was a busy girl this afternoon, helping 奶奶 to arrange the goods in her shop.

Here I am busy at work with 奶奶 supervising me.

奶奶 commented that I was a very good worker as I had no problem in recognizing the different products and re-arranging them neatly...

She even "rewarded" me with a big box of strawberries!

Growing Beans

In today's music class, Miss Doreen gave each of us a handful of beans. We were to plant the beans and see it grow!

According to Miss Doreen, the beans should be growing into 10cm long bean sprouts in about a week's time...

Hmm... So by the time my bean sprouts are that tall, Daddy would be home!!!

I was so inspired that I started to pose with the contestants.

Baby Qi Rui's 1st Month Celebration

Mummy's cousin Ley Ley and his wife had given birth to a baby boy recently. Yesterday, they invited us to baby Qi Rui's 1st month celebration.

Chinese Doctor

I've been having constipation for the longest time. Changing milk formula didn't help. Eating western medicine only could arrest the problem for a short while...

So Mummy and Por Por brought me to see Doc Shen... I've seen her once about a year ago when I was wheezing pretty bad after my winter trip to Sydney. Then, I was put on inhaler for a few months but the wheezing did not go away.

Out of desperation, Mummy brought me to see Doc Shen. And within 1 month of eating the Chinese medicine, my wheezing was completely cured...

This time round, Doc Shen also helped me to "ba mai"... Mummy thought that it was really cute coz my wrist were so small compared to the doctor's fingers...

And after making me stick out my tongue and poking me here and there, Doc Shen's diagnosis was that I am perfecting healthy... just that my habit of not eating vegetables, fruits and drinking sufficient water is causing my constipation...

The funny thing was that the Adults were nodding their heads in agreement when Doc Shen was making her diagnosis... Since they are so clever, why do they need a doctor's opinion in the first place?

Anyway, Doc Shen prescribed some medicine for me to help my pooh pooh movement... Will need to see her again in a week's time... *Cross Fingers*

Hooded Me

Mummy bought this hooded t-shirt from Giordano coz she thought that it looked cute... But she didn't count on me wearing the hood for the whole day!

One of the good thing about having the hood over my head is that nobody can see me eating with my mouth open so big!!!

I like to play with Ah Gong... He always lets me do what I want... including walking in the swimming pool fully dressed, with pampers and all...

Messy Me

"Finger" painting is one of my favorite activities... As with making a big mess during the painting process...

Mummy thinks that the manufacturers should change the paint package description to:

"Body parts painting for kids. Fun for kids but not for parents. Cleaning up within 5m radius definite... child inclusive..."

Lucky for Mummy, this session of "finger" painting was done at Emma's house!

This season's latest hair color is bluish green...

If you think that my hands are colorful, wait till you see my feet...

大 Position

I sleep with Mummy every night. And this is the position that that I like to sleep in... Like the Chinese character "大"...

But Mummy says that this position is not good, coz I take up most of the bed space...

Still Water Runs Deep

Mummy says that our eyes are like windows to our soul... Even though I can be sitting quietly eating my biscuit, my eyes always seem to sparkle with a glint of mischievousness in it!

Hmm... no wonder there is a saying "still water runs deep"...

Paper Chase

Yeah! I've got yet another certificate from Kindermusik!

The Adults always say that paper chase is very important in this age and time.

But how difficult can it be when all that I've been doing is to sing, run around and have fun to get the certificate?
