Daddy thinks that I am stupid

Daddy tried to pull a fast one... He thinks that I am stupid enough not to know the difference between apple flavored regular Yakult and Vitagen Lite...

Look at the photo... Do they even look remotely alike??? One has a carrot top green cap while the other has a granny smith apple green cap... *DUH*...

Spending time with Daddy

Today, Daddy and Mummy brought me to Jurong Bird Park.

There, I shared a large breakfast at "Bongo Burgers" with Daddy... Yummy!!!

We also fed our feathered friends with sweet nectar water.

Daddy and I mimicking the flamingos' "one-legged" stance.

I am so happy that Daddy is back!!!

Going to the Airport

Daddy's finally coming back!!!

Mummy and I went to the new airport to pick up Daddy.

Initially, I waited patiently for Daddy's plane to land...

As the time ticks closer, I could not contain my excitement!!!

阿姨 is sick

阿姨 is sick... Because my germs wanted to "make friends" with 阿姨... 8(

So Por Por will be looking after me for the time being ...

Mummy bought bird's nest for
阿姨 and Por Por... Hopefully 阿姨 will recover soon and Por Por will not fall sick too...

Hmm... Now that I think about it... How come I didn't get any bird's nest???

A baby chicken is called...

Mummy: " A daddy chicken is called a rooster. A mummy chicken is called a hen. A baby chicken is called..."

Me: " Megan Chan!!!"

My Set of Wheels

Inline with the increase in cost of car food, I have decided to change my mode of transport from being carried to an electric car... And Por Por volunteered to be my teacher for the day...

*Turn Left*
*Turn Right*
*Press the paddle*
*Release! Release! Wall ahead*

*BAM!!!*

Opps... My first major accident... I had driven into the chair... Both the car honk and side mirror fell off... Anybody wants to buy 4D???

Posting with my set of wheels...

The student with the teacher, aka Por Por...

Opps... How did the honk ended up in my hands?

Note to Daddy: Think you need to repaint and shift the house walls... The walls seem to like to get in the way of my car...

I am Sick (Part 5)

Mummy thinks that the worst is over... Had not taken any fever medicine over the last 18 hours... But my mouth ulcers are still there... Pain Pain... :(

I have also lost quite a fair bit of weight... Por Por says that when I'm fatter, I look more like Mummy... Now, I look more like Daddy (Shh... Cannot let Mummy hear that!!!)

Barney Here I Come!!!

HA HA HA HA HA... HA HA HA HA HA...

Mummy's bringing me to watch "Barney Let's Imagine Live" in June!!!

Wow... First Dora then Barney... Life is good... :)

I am Sick (Part 4)

It is good when you are sick... not seriously sick... not mildly sick... just moderately sick...

For one, adults offer forbidden food to me every few minutes... :)

I get to watch as many cartoons as I want... :)

And most importantly, I have the undivided attention of all the adults!!! ;p

I am Sick (Part 3)

I love to take my medicine, especially the pink one... But Por Por says that I can only take it once every 6 hours... not 6 times every hour... *Sigh*

When its time for my medicine, I would always shake the medicine bottle with lots of jest... So much so that my whole body would jiggle along... Almost like a happy dance of some sort... Weird isn't it?

I am Sick (Part 2)

It is not fun being Queen Megan if I don't have any appetite... So far, I had only eaten/drank 5 teaspoons of ice-cream, 2 spoonful of rice, 2 spoonful of mee sua, 5 ml of Yakult and 10 ml of milk...

*Sigh*... All the food in the world within my grasp but I don't have the stomach for it... *SIGH!!!*

I am Sick (Part 1)

It is official and I have a MC to prove it... To comfort me, or rather, to ease Mummy's guilt for not taking good care of me, Mummy went on a shopping spree to buy my favorite food stuff and Barney DVDs... Yippee!!!

Am so looking forward to being treated as Queen Megan for the next few days... Hmm, should I start with the Summer Berries and Cream Haagen-Dazs ice cream from France or the freshly imported strawberries from USA or the Tropical Twist Petit Miam yogurt from Australia???

Hai... So many decisions to make... Going to have a headache soon... Opps! Another MC on the way?

Trying out Friso 3 Gold

Por Por has decided to let me try Friso 3 Gold milk powder. According to Uncle Dennis' research, this may help to ease my constipation since Friso is less "heaty".

Lucky for Por Por, I am not too fussy with my food. I have adapted easily to my new milk taste and had not made any official complains... Let's see how it goes!!!

*Cross my fingers & toes*

Upper Management material

Mummy thinks that I am of Upper Management material. Coz on some days, I would just:

- Wake up (at whatever time I like)
- Wait for my milk to be served (cannot be too hot or too cold)
- Choose which toys I want to play with (unlimited demands)
- Make a big fuss when I don't get what I want
(limited supplies)
- And still expect somebody to change my pampers (ah ber then)

Is working life really so simple?

Train System for Dummies

Based on the enclosed manual and my keen observation, this is how the train set works:

First, the "Green Colour" travels to the "Red Thing" to collect the balls... Then the "Green Colour" dumps the balls onto the "Brown Colour" area and goes home to rest...

When the
"Green Colour" is resting, the "Blue Colour" would travel to the "Brown Colour" area...

The
"Scoop" would then scoop the balls from the "Brown Colour" area and transfer them into the "Blue Colour"...

It is interesting to note that the "Scoop" has a chair for people to sit on.... But that's just digressing... Moving back to the main topic...

The "Blue Colour" then crosses the bridge, travels up to the "Red Thing", drops off the balls and goes home to rest...

And when the
"Blue Colour" is resting, the "Green Colour" would start the whole cycle again...

See.. It's so easy to figure out the whole train system!!!

This is how I share my ice cream

I take 10 licks... Por Por takes 1...

I take 10 licks... Mummy takes 1...

I take 10 licks... I take 10 licks...

Morning Dilemma

Hmm... Such a nice, cool morning...
Where shall I bring Mother Duck to?

Must make sure that Mother Duck is all covered up!
Won't want her to catch a cold!

Kayla's Birthday

Baby Kayla is turning one.

So Auntie Lin Jia organized a birthday party for her over the weekend.

See... My present to
Baby Kayla is a big pooh bear balloon.... Hmm... Wonder if Baby Kayla would share share her balloon with me?

Since Baby Kayla is still so small, Emma and I "helped" to open her presents and carry out "product reviews"... I'm sure that Baby Kayla "appreciates" our efforts in ensuring that all her new toys are able to handle all the knocking and chewing and tearing...

I also "helped" to blow out the birthday candle after singing the birthday song... But wonder why did all the adults complained that there were a lot of saliva on the cake???

Air Walkers

Emma and I brought our new pets for a walk. They are very naughty coz they always chase after us when its windy.

Mummy also said that I can't sit on them because they will burst.

Am I really that heavy???

Little Drummer Girl

After Sunday's church service, I got a chance to play with the big drum set.

*Pa Rum Pum Pum*

*Pa Rum Pum Pum*

*Pa Rum Pum Chiang!!!*

Wow... It's so loud...

Hmm... Perhaps if I practice really really really hard at home, I could show off my drumming skills during the next church service...

Let me think... How should I go about persuading Daddy to buy a drum set for me?

Helping out at Home

To show my appreciation to Mummy for buying tickets to watch Dora, I decided to help to clean the balcony windows at home.

First, I use my water gun to wet the tissue paper.

Then I clean the window with the wet tissue.

Finally after using about half a box of tissue and wetting a good portion of the living room floor, I have cleaned almost 10 square cm of the window. See, what a good little girl I am!!! :)

Dora Here I Come!!!

Today, I must had been a very good little girl coz Mummy bought tickets for us to watch "Dora the Explorer Live!" come end May.

But why can't we watch Dora today?

According to Mummy, Dora had promised to meet some kids in Philippines before she could come down to Singapore.

And once we've made our promises, we cannot break them.

*Sigh* guess I would have to wait till end May then...

Mother Duck, Megan Duck and Blanket Duck

I like ducks. Among all the ducks ducks that I have, I like Mother Duck and Blanket Duck best.

Mother Duck was a gift from Auntie Sarah when I was born.

Blanket Duck was bought recently by Mummy. Mummy had to buy Blanket Duck for me coz I asked Mummy politely with all the "please"s and "thank you"s before Mummy could even say no... :)
