Phuket (Part 2)

Swimming Time
For the 6 days that we spent at Phuket, I must had went "swimming" at least 8 times... Well, what can you expect from a 2 year old since the pool is the 1st thing that I see every morning???

Having a water gun "fight" with Daddy.

Attacking a defend-less Daddy!

Playing with one of my many toys.

Smiling brightly for the camera.

Chan family photo!

Getting Around
To get around Banyan Tree itself, we tend to use the golf cart ferry services coz the hotel sits on a very large piece of land...

To get around the lagoon area, we have a choice of traveling on a boat or a bus.

After trying both options, Mummy and Daddy prefer the bus as I tend to fall asleep with the rocking of the bus!

Traveling in the golf cart.

Me taking care of Daddy while waiting for the boat.

Traveling in the boat.

My "sleeping" bus!

Makan
Eating at the hotel is not cheap. Just a simple meal for 2 adults would easily cost more than S$100. So Mummy and Daddy went around the lagoon area to find more economical restaurants to eat...

Even then, to ensure that I had my meals on time, my ever loving parents ordered room service twice just for me!!!

Their favorite restaurant was "Lotus" that was located along the beach... A meal with tiger prawns (courtesy of me), mantis shrimps, oysters etc only cost about S$120...

Having a cold coconut in Phuket Town.

Having a siesta at Lotus restaurant.

Daddy ordered steamed Tiger prawns just for me :)

Me enjoying my in-villa room service dinner.

Breakfast at the Hotel.

So sinful! Having ice-cream early in the morning!

Need a little stretch so that I can eat more ice-cream!

Changi International Airport
Por Por drove us to Terminal 2 to catch a flight to Phuket. Even though this was the 3rd time that I had sat on an airplane, I am still very excited about the prospect of traveling in one!!!

This time round, we'll be traveling via Silkair and luckily for Mummy and Daddy , the flight time is only a short 1 hr and 45 mins... And it passed by very quickly for me...

Running up and down at the airport, burning up the excess energy.

Eagerly waiting to board the airplane.

View from my seat.

Banyan Tree
The hotel that we stayed in was Banyan Tree... I loved it coz our room came with a private swimming pool!!!

I also enjoyed playing with bubbles in the big sunken bathtub that was opened to the sky.

The path leading to our hotel room.

Exterior view of our hotel room in the day time.

Me enjoying the view from our bed.

Our private pavilion.

Our deck oversees the lagoon.

Feeding my animal biscuits to the fishes.

Bumming on the deck chair.

Daddy and I enjoying ourselves in the sunken bathtub.

Hello! Can you see me brushing my teeth?

Was taking such a long time at the basin that Daddy had to step in.

Going to Phuket

Mummy and Daddy are bringing me to Phuket tomorrow.

As we would be staying near the seaside, I would be able to play at the beach everyday.

Daddy also told me that we would have a private swimming pool all to ourselves...

Ha ha ha!!! It's going to be so so so fun!!!

Eating Alot

Eating out is one of the activities that we always do when Daddy is back... This time round is no exception...

In the matter of 5 days, we have already had BBQ food (谢谢肝妈), Thai cuisine (谢谢爷爷), American BBQ Ribs (Courtesy of Emma's Mummy) and we just had Hong Kong cuisine for dinner...

*BURP*

Don't show me another satay!!!

Dabbing in a little coloring while waiting for my ribs...

Any takers for the 2 drumsticks?

Emma's Mummy's Birthday

We celebrated Emma's Mummy's birthday twice over the weekend...

Why twice? Because nobody expected Uncle Dennis to surprise Auntie Lin Jia with a Lana Chocolate cake...

So we ended up eating Uncle Dennis' cake on Sunday and Mummy's ice cream cake on Monday...

The 1st Birthday Cake...

The 2nd Birthday Cake...
See the 3 little pigs helping themselves to the cake?

Elmo Shoes

Mummy and Daddy bought me this really cool pair of Elmo shoes...

I loved them so much that once I tried them on in the shoe shop, I refused to take them off... So Mummy could only take the empty Elmo box to the cashier to make payment...

Don't they look really great?

Whenever I see the Adults, I also made sure that they notice my really cool shoes by lifting my leg really high and say, "See my new shoes?"

:)

Nightmare???

Last night Mummy and Daddy had a great time laughing... Great time laughing at me...

Apparently while I was sleeping, I had a nightmare and was heard saying, "I don't want vegetables! I don't want vegetables!"

Was it that funny?

Such unsympathetic parents... *Tsk Tsk*
